You will need: satin or silk; fusing; 4 buttons; lining.

Attention! Fabric consumption varies depending on the size of garment. First of all, print out paper patterns and lay them out at the width of fabric/ knit you plan to use, to see how much fabric you will need.

When sewing the garment, pay attention to notches- they must coincide.

Cutting:

Fabric:

1. Center back part - 2 details
2. Side back part - 2 details
3. Center front part - 2 details
4. Side front part - 2 details
5. Front facing - 2 details
6. Neckline facing - 1 detail

Lining:

1. Center back part - 1 detail
2. Side back part - 2 details
3. Side front part - 2 details

Fusing: front facing, back neckline facing, center front part.

Instructions:

1. Apply the fusing to wrong side of front facing, back neckline facing, center front part.

2. Sew front princess seams and press them apart.

3. Sew center back seam and back princess seams. Press allowances of back seam and back princess seams apart.

4. Sew back neckline facing to front facings and press facing shoulder seams and front facing apart.

5. Sew shoulder seams and press them apart.

6. Lay front facing on center front part, right sides together. Overstitch edging and back neckline with front facings and facing.

7. Sew lining details leaving side seams unstitched. Press the lining.

8. Lay the lining on the garment right sides together and stitch to inner edges of front facings and facing, leaving open segments of 10 cm (4") length at bottom as well as to armhole edges. Cut seam allowance close to stitch. Pull front parts backwards through shoulder slits and turn the garment right side out through one of open side seams. Stitch garment side seam and lining side seams together with one seam at each side.

9. Press garment hem under and sew by hand. Sew front facings to the hem.

10. Make buttonholes into right front part and sew buttons on left one.
