You will need: jersey or knitted velvet; fusing; elastic braid of 3 cm (1-1/8") width.
Attention! Fabric consumption varies depending on the size of garment. First of all, print out paper patterns and lay them out at the width of fabric/ knit you plan to use, to see how much fabric you will need.
When sewing the garment, pay attention to notches- they must coincide.
1. Front part - 2 pieces
2. Back part - 2 pieces
3. Front cuff - 2 pieces
4. Back cuff - 2 pieces
5. Waistband - 1 piece
6. Pocket bag - 2 pieces

Advice: to prevent seam from stiffing, sew details with special (zig zag) stitch. The above is not for industrial manufacturing.
1. Apply the fusing to wrong side of pocket entrance at front part. Stitch pocket bag to front part and turn it into wrong side. Topstitch pocket entrance. Lay front part on side one along coinciding line, then stitch pocket bags together.
2. Stitch side seams. Stitch front/back middle seams. Stitch inside leg seams. Stitch together cuffs of front/back parts along inside leg seam to slit marks. Fold cuffs along the center and overstitch edges to control marks. Slash seam allowance. Stitch cuffs to pants hems.
3. Stitch the waistband forming a ring, leaving a hole to elastic braid. Stitch the waistband to pants. Pull elastic braid into waistband, then fix it.
4. Press ready garment.
