You will need: silk or viscose; lining; 1 invisible zipper (about 60 cm (24")).

Attention! Fabric consumption varies depending on the size of garment. First of all, print out paper patterns and lay them out at the width of fabric/ knit you plan to use, to see how much fabric you will need.

When sewing the garment, pay attention to notches- they must coincide.

Cutting:

Fabric:

1. Front upper part - 2 details
2. Front lower part - 1 folded detail
3. Back part - 2 details
4. Back facing - 2 details
5. Skirt front panel - 1 folded detail
6. Skirt back panel - 2 details

Lining:

1. Front upper part - 2 details
2. Front lower part - 1 folded detail

Fusing: front lower part, back facing, front neckline.

Instructions:

1. Apply fusing to wrong side of front lower part, back facing. Apply a stripe of 2 cm (3/4") width to wrong side of front neckline edges and lining armholes.

2. Apply front upper part's inner and inside details right side together. Sew edges of neckline and armholes. Slash seam allowances of rounded seams.

3. Turn front upper part right side out. Serge edges of neckline and armholes. Gather lower edges of front upper part between marks.

4. Sew front upper part's lower edge to front lower part's upper edge, right sides together.

5. Sew front lower part's inner and outer details along joining seam of front upper part. Turn front lower part right side out. Torn front upper part upwards, lay front lower part down. Topstitch joining seam of lower part along the edge. Tack lower edges of front lower part.

6. Sew back darts. Press darts towards back center.

7. Sew front part to back part along shoulder edges, right sides together.

8. Sew back facing to back details along edges of neckline, shoulders and armholes, right sides together. Slash allowances of rounded seams.

9. Sew side seams in garment upper part, with facing upwards. Turn facings into wrong side, turn them under near side seams, than tack them to armholes edges.

10. Sew skirt panels along side seams and back middle seam, with a slit into back middle seam, for zipper.

11. Sew garment upper part to skirt upper edge, right sides together. Serge seam allowances, then press them upwards. Topstitch joining seam along the edge, on right side.

12. Turn allowances into back middle seam and at facing ends into wrong side. Sew the zipper to allowances. Sew facings to zipper braid by hands.

13. Topstitch edges of neckline and armholes along edges.

14. Turn hem allowances into wrong side and stitch at 0.75 cm (1/4").
